DPSI PORTAL - END USER AGREEMENT
EndUser License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Please read this EndUser License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before clicking the “I Agree”
button, downloading or using My Application (change this) (“Application”).
By clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound
by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the “I Agree” button and do not
download or use the Application.
Distribution Property Solutions Inc. grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, noncommercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, reverse engineer, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party without written permission by Distribution Property Solutions. The DPSI PORTAL APP is to be used with our affiliate network only.
Modification to Mobile APP
Distribution Property Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. The Modifications to Application section is for apps that will be updated or regularly maintained. For the full disclosure section, create your own EULA.
Termination of Agreement
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Distribution Property Solutions Inc. Distribution Property Solutions Inc. may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Distribution Property Solutions Inc., in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.
What we collect
We may collect the following information:
- contact information including email address
- demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
- other information relevant to customer project(s) or affiliate referal code
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and the needs of your customers project and alsoprovide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail.
- We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the app or website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and in order to create reports. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. The only cookies in use on our site are for Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that helps website owners understand how visitors engage with their website.
Google Analytics customers can view a variety of reports about how visitors interact with their website so that they can improve it. Like many services, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions as in our case, where they are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be
changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent
possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement.
Distribution Property Solutions Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this
Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide you without notice, it is your responsibility to check our terms page regularly to check for new terms Our terms of service take effect immediately after release.
